What verification means
The plan was prepared by the organisation above in PARAGRAF PRO with a paid licence. The register keeps only the text fingerprint, never the content. Validity is 12 months – afterwards the organisation should review the plan. Verification is not an assessment of the content; responsibility for the measures remains with the operator.
